Five Star Certification
All organization interested in being formally acknowledged with a Five Star credential must complete the following steps (The complete process is online):
1- Have completed the Self-Assessment Process.
2- Have obtained 225 points or above the Likert point scale.
3- Completed and Submit the Application.
4- Pay the Five Star Certification Fee. ($1,225.00)
5- Upon approval of the application, submit evidence of documentation on 30 indicators that will be randomly selected by our professional staff.
6- Validation of points on indicators.
7- Official letter of Five Star Acknowledgment or denial.
8- Five Stars Certification → Sample
9- Organization listed on Five Star Certification Credentials.
10- Five Star Certification valid for period of five years.
